Mr. Ingale, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant does not press prayer clause (b) at this stage. 2.

By prayer clause (a), the Respondent-Applicant herein is seeking early hearing of the writ petition. Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties we find that case for early hearing of the writ petition is made out. Hence, we allow the application in terms of prayer clause (a). Registry shall put up the above writ petition on final hearing board in the week commencing from 25th April 2016. Civil Application stands disposed of.
