Respondent is duly served. None appears for the respondents. First appeal has been already admitted. Hence, we dispose of the application by passing the following order:

ORDER

(i) The ad-interim relief granted on 17th April, 2015 shall continue to operate as interim relief, subject to condition of the applicant depositing the entire compensation amount, if not deposited till today, within a period of one month from today with the Reference Court.

SQP caf.1492.15.doc (ii) If the amount is not deposited within the extended period of one month, interim stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.

(iii) As and when amount of compensation is deposited by the applicant, the same shall be invested by the Reference Court in a fixed deposit with any Nationalised bank and the fixed deposit shall be renewed from time to time till further orders. (iv) It will be open for the respondents to apply to this Court for seeking withdrawal of the compensation amount deposited. 2.
