By this application, the Applicants - Petitioners have sought amendment to the petition on the ground that during the pendency of petition, charge-sheet is filed by investigating agency in the Court below and therefore the Petitioner be permitted to amend the petition by placing copy of charge-sheet on record as well as incorporating the additional grounds with consequential prayers in the petition. Criminal application is allowed. Necessary amendments in the petition be carried out within two weeks from today. Copy of the amended petition be given to the Respondents. Criminal application stands disposed of.
