DATE : 20th September, 2017 FINAL ORDER :- 1) Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 1st March, 2017, the petitioner was permitted to attend the second year classes pending the writ petition and subject to further orders of this Court and the petitioner was not entitled to claim any equity on the basis of the interim order passed on 1st March, 2017. Therefore, by keeping all defences open, subject to final decision, by consent of parties, we are inclined to order the respondents and the concerned college to declare the result of the applicant/petitioner and permit her to fill the form for Second Year examination of B.P. Th Course. 1 /2

The parties to file short synopsis and written submissions in the meantime.

5) Place the writ petition for final hearing and disposal on 1st November, 2017.
