After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, Ms. Ansari, learned counsel for the Applicant states that as the Applicant is behind bars from 16.05.2021, liberty may be granted to the Applicant to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of ten months, if there is no substantial progress in the trial and seeks leave to withdraw the Bail Application. 2.

Leave granted.
