1] Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. In view of the averments made in the application, a case is made out for the restoration of writ petition the registration which was refused by the Registrar Judicial­I on the ground of non­removal of office objections. Accordingly, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) subject to condition of the Applicant removing all office objections within a period of 4 weeks from today. If office objections are not removed within a period of 4 weeks from today, the order of refusal of the registration shall stand.
