2.
It is not in dispute that the issue raised in the present petitions are covered by the judgment of this Court dated October 12, 2015 delivered in Criminal Writ Petition No.348 of 2014 with other connected matters. Only an additional submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent-complainant, that Form No.32 under the Companies Act whereby the resignation of the director is required to be notified was done subsequent to filing of complaint even if the reason of acceptance of resignation is prior in point of time.
3.
So far as this submission is concerned, it is not in dispute that already in the Company Director's Report for the year 2012-13, the present petitioner was shown to have resigned, and no more continues to be the director of the company. 4.
In view thereof, in my opinion, the present petitions can be disposed of in terms of order dated October 12, 2015 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.348 of 2014 with other connected matters.
