Learned Counsel by way of praecipe prays for early hearing of the petition, which is filed in the year 2016. The only ground raised for seeking early hearing of the petition is the termination of the employee is unsustainable. The merits of the matter are to be assessed and that can be done at the stage of final disposal of the petition, needless to state that by hearing both the parties. There are the petitions Pg 1 of 2
