Petitioner No.1 is present with his advocate Respondent No.2 is present with her advocate. Learned APP appears for the State. Respondent No.2 has given an affidavit on 15/7/2019 stating that parties have decided to stay together. Today affidavit in support of Consent Terms is also tendered.

Respondent No.2 orally informs that since last 6 months she is residing with her husband i.e. the petitioner No.1 and therefore does not want to prosecute the criminal complaint.

In this situation, accepting joint request we make rule absoulte in terms of prayer clause (a).
