The petitioners herein have challenged the order of issuance of process under Sections 406 and 420 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is not in dispute that alternative and efficacious remedy is available to the petitioners. Hence, this Court is not inclined to invoke the writ jurisdiction.

The petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings before the Sessions Court.
