The petitioners are before this court, challenging the issuance of notice in Complaint No. 141/DV/2016 filed by Respondent No.1.

I have heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners, who submits that Petitioner No. 2 is a 80 years old lady. The impugned notice clearly indicates that the trial court has directed the accused-respondent to either appear personally or through a duly authorized advocate. Keeping the above direction in view, I do not find that this petition deserves to be entertained. The same is, therefore, dismissed.
