Heard learned counsel for the Applicant in Civil Application No. 2968 of 2017.

Through this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking restoration of Writ Petition (St.) No. 15784 of 2016 which suffered dismissal by way of peremptory order dated 24th February, 2017 for non compliance of removal of office objection within time. 3.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, we allow the Application and restore the Writ Petition to its original number. 4.

Office objection now be removed within four weeks, if not already been removed.

Civil Application is disposed of as such.
