Heard. The petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India under the provisions of Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for quashing of the proceedings of FIR No.282 of 2014 registered with Charkop Police Station, Borivali (W), Mumbai for the offence punishable under Sections 354(4)(a), 323, 504, 506(2) r/w 34 of the IPC.

Mr. Yagnik, learned APP tenders copy of the report dated Uday S. Jagtap

3878-14-wp=.doc 15.04.2015, written by the Senior Police Inspector, Charkop Police Station, Mumbai and submits that the decision has been taken to file "B" summary report. Statement is accepted. Report dated 15.04.2015 is taken on record. In view of the statement made by learned APP, prayers made in the petition do not survive. 3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the police are insisting petitioners' presence on every Sunday in the police station in pursuance of the order of the Sessions Court. Mr. Yagnik, learned APP submits that petitioners' presence is not necessary since the decision has taken to file "B" summary report. 4.

In the above circumstances, Charkop Police Station shall not insist the petitioners' presence on every Sunday in pursuance of the order of the Sessions Court.
