The Petitioner contends that he has already tendered a complaint / appeal to the Grievance Cell constituted under the scheme framed by the Petroleum Company and the complaint / appeal tendered by the Petitioner is pending. In the circumstances, this Petition can be disposed of by directing the Grievance Cell to take a decision on the complaint / appeal tendered by the Petitioner on 8th September, Pg 1 of 2

9.wp.11222.2016.doc 2016, after extending an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner as well as the parties interested in the matter that is Respondent No.3, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from today and it is accordingly directed. Needless to direct that the Grievance Cell shall pass a reasoned order. If the decision taken by the Grievance Cell turn out to be adverse to the Petitioner, the interim relief granted by the Division Bench of this Court on 27th September, 2016, shall remain operative for a period of two weeks from the date of decision of the Grievance Cell.
