After hearing learned counsel for the parties and on due consideration, prayer for substitution is allowed. 4.

Let the deceased respondents be substituted by their legal heirs. Necessary amendment be carried out within three weeks. Thereafter, amended copy of the writ petition be furnished to learned counsel for the respondents.

Both the applications are disposed of.
