Heard. On the complaint registered by Petitioner, a first information report came to be registered at Kurla Police Station, Mumbai on 28 March 2016 under Section 384 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that police have not investigated the offence properly against the persons who are named by the Petitioner. 2.

Learned APP submits that investigation is going on. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits, we observe that Petitioner is entitled to approach the investigating officer, who shall record a further statement of the Petitioner. The investigating officer shall take appropriate decision thereon, complete the investigation and file report as expeditiously as possible. With these observations, the petition is disposed of.
