In crime No.128/2018 for offence punishable under sections 435, 452, 143, 323, 504, 506 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Dindori police station, Nashik, the applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail.

The allegations against the applicant is of having caused hurt to the complainant and loss to public property. Pursuant the order of this Court, the applicant has deposited an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- in this Court.

Let this amount be collected by the investigating officer towards the damage caused to the public property and deposit the same in the concerned Court before whom the charge-sheet will be filed against the applicant.

Investigation reflects that the complainant has suffered simple injury. The custodial interrogation of the applicant, as such is not warranted. In view thereof, the applicant be released on bail on the following conditions :- i) In the event of arrest in Crime No.128/2018 for offence punishable under sections 435, 452, 143, 323, 504, 506 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Dindori police station, Nashik, the applicant be released on bail on his executing P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount; ii) The applicant shall attend the Investigating officer on 2nd, 6th, 8th and 11th of February, 2019 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed;

iii) The applicant shall not influence the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence;

iv) The applicant shall co-operate with the investigating agency; v) The application stands disposed of accordingly. (NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.)
