We have heard both sides. Mr. Bangur,learned counsel appearing for the Respondent-Revenue has placed before us a copy of the order of the provisional release of the detained goods. We take this copy on record and mark it "X" for identification. Since the order of the provisional release of goods has been passed, we would now expect the adjudicating authority to issue the show cause notice.

wp.11149.16 It is stated by Mr. Bangur that the report of the Chemical Analyst is still awaited and after that is the show cause notice would be issued. Since the detention has been effected on 29th August, 2016, let such show cause notice be issued within the period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
