Acquittal of the respondent by the learned trial court for offences punishable under Section 363 and 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code is challenged in the instant appeal. Even on 6th June 2019, the learned Counsel for the appellant was absent. Despite sufficient time, yet office objections are not removed by the appellant.

In this view of the matter, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
