Heard rival submissions on this application for relaxation of condition of bail.

While granting bail on 4th February, 2014 the applicant was directed to attend the D.B. Marg Police Station on every Tuesday and Friday between 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., till the conclusion of the trial. After hearing the rival submissions and considering that more than one year is lapsed after imposition of such condition, said condition is relaxed to the following extent :

"The applicant shall attend the D.B. Marg Police Station on first Sunday of each month between 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. till conclusion of the trial."
