The application is filed through jail seeking direction to the Addl. Director General (Prisons) to shift the applicant in Mumbai Central Prison for purpose of appearing for LL.B. examination. The applicant made similar application to the Addl. D.G. and I.G (Prisons) and his application is rejected on the ground that no permission to appear for LLB Course is taken. The instant petition, therefore, cannot be entertained and the same is dismissed.
