The validation proceedings in respect of caste claim of the petitioner is pending. It is submitted that the same is pending since 1st October 2021.

The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the vigilance is not yet completed. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the vigilance is completed. The petitioner has fled say to vigilance report. Hearing had also been conducted. It is submitted that the petitioner has appeared in NEET examination and the admission process for the professional course has commenced.

Though the petitioner submitted the application on 1st October 2021 before the Scrutiny Committee, however the petitioner has approached this Court at the eleventh hour. According to the petitioner vigilance has been Gaikwad RD 1/2

6.WPNo.115832022.doc completed, the say has been fled, while according to learned AGP the vigilance is yet not completed. 4.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 6th October 2022 and put forth his stand. The Committee shall endeavour to decide the proceedings as expeditiously as possible considering the petitioner is seeking admission to the professional course. The Committee may endeavour to decide within ffteen days from the date of appearance. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
