This application received through Jail seeks expeditious trial of the proceedings on the ground that the applicant has been in judicial custody for a substantially long time. Mrs. Malhotra, the learned APP states that the trial in the matter has already started and the only witness is remaining to be examined i.e. the Investigating Officer. In that circumstance, no orders need be passed on the application. The same is accordingly disposed off.
