This matter is moved by way of praecipe for Speaking to Minutes of the order dated 24.6.2016 to rectify certain typographical error. Ms. Sheth submits that in paragraph 2 of the order, the number of Suit is incorrectly recorded. Correct number of Suit is R.A.E. Suit No. 710/1152 of 2005.

By consent, the words "R.A.E.& R. Suit No.710/115 of 2005" appearing in paragraph 2 of the order dated 24.6.2016, shall be substituted as "R.A.E. Suit No.710/1152 of 2005". 3.

Original order dated 24.6.2016 stands corrected. Rest of the order stands as it is.
