The petition is filed seeking directions to the Respondents to furnish information and explanation with regard to status of FIR No.367 of 2009 registered with Amboli Police Station.

Learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that investigation into the said FIR is already completed and ASummary report is filed before the concerned Magistrate and notice of A-Summary report is issued to the Petitioner. Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that despite demand, certified copy of the summary report is not supplied to patilsr 1 / 2

the Petitioner. A-Summary report is to be disposed of only after hearing the Petitioner - complainant and therefore he is entitled for the certified copy of the same. We, therefore, dispose of the writ petition with direction to learned Metropolitan Magistrate to dispose of the A-summary report expeditiously.
