Heard rival submissions on this application for condonation of delay of 51 days in preferring the appeal challenging the order of acquittal of the respondent in the matter of offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. It is objected on behalf of the respondent No.1 stating that the delay may not be condoned as there was no legal cause for the applicant to come before the Court belatedly. 2.
