DATED : 10th SEPTEMBER, 2018 P.C:- The present application seeks condonation of delay of 58 days in filing the Criminal Application for leave to Appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal passed by the Learned Special Judge, Greater Mumbai in ACB Special case No.71 of 2013.

Heard the learned APP Ms.Shinde and perused the application. Perusal of the application would reveal that the delay occasioned in filing the Appeal is procedural and not intentional. The delay is on account of the movement of file from one Department to another, till the time the decision was taken by the Law and Judiciary Department to file an Appeal. Tilak
