There shall be interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) of Civil Application No.4464 of 2016. The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.

Admission of this appeal, need not come in the way of the parties to sort out their dispute in amicable manner. In case, it is impossible for the parties to stay with each other, the least that they can do is to separate gracefully.

The parties are directed to contact with the Mediator and obtain an appropriate date. The Mediator is requested to submit the report within a period of three months from today.
