The present Appeal is )led aggrieved by the decision of the Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai Bench in the Claim Application No. OA(II u)/MCC/1222/2014 where the claim is declined by recording a )nding that the deceased was not a bona)de passenger of the train in question, since no journey ticket was recovered during the physical search of the body of the deceased or from the site of the accident. This )nding is sought to be challenged in Appeal. 2.

Issue notice to the respondent by making returnable on 2nd May, 2022. Appellant is also permitted to serve the respondent through the Standing Council of Union of India. 3.

The Notice shall indicate that the Appeal shall be heard )nally at the time of admission. This is however subject to the Appellant placing a private compilation of documents before the returnable date.
