Learned counsel for applicant submitted that this Court (Coram : Sandeep K. Shinde, J.) while rejecting bail application of applicant by order dated 9th September 2020 has given liberty to applicant to file fresh bail application if charge is not framed before 30th June 2021. Considering the request of learned counsel for applicant, the application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed off. 4.

This Court (Coram : Sandeep K. Shinde, J.) has already considered that trial is pending from 2018. Applicant is behind bar for more than 4 years and 11 months, yet, charge is not framed, hence, trial Court is requested to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within one year after receipt of the order of this Court.
