Petitioner No.1 is present with his advocate. Respondent No.2 is present with her advocate and her father. Parties have settled matrimonial discord and are jointly requesting for quashing of FIR under sections 498A, 323, 504 r/w. 34 of IPC.

Affidavit in support of this request is tendered by respondent No.2. In addition she has also tendered an affidavit stating that marriage has been dissolved by executing Khulanama (Deed of Divorce) dated 23/7/2019. Respondent No.2 and her father are identified by her advocate. 3.

Respondent No.2 orally informs that she does not want to prosecute the matter and she will withdraw sum of Rs.4 Lakhs from the Family Court.

In this situation, accepting the joint request we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
