CORAM : ANOOP V. MOHTA AND P.R. BORA, JJ.
DATE : 18 JANUARY 2017.
ORDER:- Called out from the final hearing board.
The Appellant has filed this Letters Patent Appeal against the order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 14 September 2010 whereby, after considering the submissions and the documents and the reasonings given by the Labour Court and the Industrial Court, held that there is a case of forced resignation, apart from the reasonings of non-payment of dues. Therefore, we see no case is 1/2
ssm 2 240-lpa277.10.sxw made out to interfere with the said findings, confirming by the learned Single Judge. It is rightly observed that there is no perversity and/or any illegality to interfere with the orders under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, so also in the present LPA against the impugned order.
Letters Patent Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Rule discharged accordingly.
