Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

This application is for extension of further time to furnish sureties. Record reveals that applicant is granted bail and was directed to furnish surety by order dated 18th December 2015. Time granted was extended from time to time for want of verification report of Police. It is now contended that Verification Report has reached from V. P. Road Police Station and process of acceptance of surety is in progress. In that view of the matter, time is further extended to furnish surety by eight weeks.

This application is allowed and disposed of.
