This application is fled for condonation of 19 days delay caused in preferring appeal against judgment passed by the learned additional sessions judge, Thane in special case no. 45/16, whereby appellant came to be convicted for the ofences punishable under Section 354 of the IPCe and for the ofences punishable under Sections 10 read with 9 of the POCeSO Act.
