By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 124 days in filing the appeal, challenging the acquittal of respondent No.3.

We have heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned APP for the State and the learned counsel representing respondent respondent No.3. Respondent No.2 is reported to have died during the pendency of the trial. Upon hearing of the learned counsel for the parties, we condone the delay in filing of the appeal. 2.
