Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. Perused the letter dated 18th April, 2014 written by the applicant. The letter discloses that this application is filed by Advocate Mr.Mathews without any authority. The applicant has also stated that he has not given any Vakalatnama to Mr.Mathews. Mr.Patil submits that on behalf of the applicant, he has filed another application bearing Criminal application No.91 of 2014 for similar relief. The applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application as prayed in the above letter. The prayer is reiterated by Mr.Patil, learned counsel for the applicant.

In view of the above, the application is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
