In fact the Writ Petition ought not to have been filed by the Petitioner.

The Petitioner is a terminated employee of a school. He has filed appeal before the School tribunal. The appeal is pending. 3.

The present Petition is filed challenging the approval granted to the Respondent Nos. 8 and 9.

The Petitioner has yet to establish his rights before the School Tribunal. In case the appeal filed by the Petitioner is allowed before the School Tribunal then the further consequences shall follow as per the Order of the School tribunal.

The Education Officer is also party in an appeal filed by the Petitioner before the School Tribunal.

In view of that no further Order is required in the present Writ Petition.

The Petitioner may take appropriate steps in case the appeal filed by the Petitioner in School Tribunal is allowed. 8.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

It is made clear that we have not considered the contention on its merits.
