By order dated 12th January, 2024, the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that before the next date all arrears of maintenance will be deposited in this Court was accepted as an undertaking given to this Court.

Today, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that there is non compliance of order dated 12th January, 2024 despite repeated communication to the Petitioner.

In view thereof, I am not inclined to consider the Petition on merits. The Petitioner has not complied with the order of grant of maintenance and neither complied with the undertaking given to this Court. Petition stands dismissed.
