1] A perusal of the Petition would reveal that no representation has been made to the State Government calling upon the State Government to exercise its power under Section 20(1E) of the Bombay Motor Vehicles Tax Act, 1958.

2] Since a mandamus is prayed for, we dispose of the Petition requiring the Petitioner to first make a representation to the appropriate authority containing the demand i.e. what is prayed for in the instant Petition.

3] Needless to state if the demand is rejected or not considered, the Petitioner would have a remedy to re-approach this Court.
