The applicant - Vidarbha Industries Power Limited has moved M.C.A No.48 of 2023 seeking transfer of Short Cause Suit No.914 of 2017 filed by the respondent - SICOM REALTY LIMITED in the City Civil Court, Mumbai to this Court and tagging the same along with Commercial Summary Suit No.319 of 2017 filed by Vidarbha Industries Power Limited in this Court. 4.

Sicom Realty Limited has also sought same relief by filing M.C.A (Stamp) No.28635 of 2022.

Both the learned Counsel have given their no objection for granting the prayers in both the applications. 6.

In view of the same, the application are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c).

The applications stand disposed of.
