Perused the order passed by this Court on 23rd October 2013. The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that Smt. Sushila Ramchand Achhpal, the proprietor of Radhika Falls Mfg. Depot has expired. The Respondent will have to bring the legal representatives of the original employer on record.

It is submitted that the Respondent No.2 filed independent petition which was dismissed on 16th September 2014. The Respondent No.2 has taken out a Notice of Motion for restoration of the said petition.

wp.9334-2013 In this Writ Petition, an objection is raised to the Certificate issued under Section 33-C(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act. We observe that interim relief passed by this Court in paragraph-3 of the order dated 23rd October 2013 shall continue to operate. The Respondents are at liberty to resort to appropriate remedy.
