This is an Application for recalling of the order dated 23.2.2017 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.4266/2002. 2.

The record clearly indicates that while passing the said order dated 23.3.2017, the Applicant was heard at length and thereafter the said Application was disposed of by imposing cost of Rs.10,000/-. 3.

The present Application is in the form of review which is not maintainable under Section 362 of Cr. P.C. The present Application is misconceived and is accordingly rejected.
