This is an application received through jail for expeditious disposal of the R.C.C. No.6 of 2014 filed before the Judicial Magistrate, F.C., Miraj.

Mrs. Mulekar, the learned APP for the State submits that the applicant in R.C.C. No.6 of 2014 is already acquitted. She has placed on record the copy of the judgment passed in R.C.C. No.6 of 2014. In view of the above the application has become infructuous. The application is therefore dismissed.

Registry to pay the requisite fees to Mr. Toraskar, the learned counsel for the applicant appointed under the Legal Aid Panel.
