The above Writ Petition takes exception to the order dated 07.06.2016 passed by the Additional Collector, Kolhapur, by which order, the allotment of land made to the Petitioners as a project affected person of Dudhganga project has been cancelled.

The Learned Counsel for the Petitioners Mr. A. M. Savagave on instructions makes a statement that the Petitioners would be satisfied,if the fresh application filed by the Petitioners in terms of the permission granted vide the said order dated 07.06.2016 is directed to be disposed of within a particular time frame.

The Petitioner has filed the said fresh application on BGP.

27.09.2016. If that be so, the Collector, Kolhapur is directed to decide the said application latest by 28.02.2017. With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
