By order dated 30th September, 2016, warrant issued against the applicant was kept in abeyance for a period of two weeks and the applicant was permitted to comply the order of furnishing of regular bail bonds under section 390 of Code of Criminal Procedure. Learned advocate for applicant submits that the applicant had appeared before the trial Court and has executed the bail bonds in compliance with the said order under Section 390 of the Cr.P.C.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this application and hence the application stands disposed of. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.)
