By an order dated 10/12/2021 this Court has recorded the statement of the learned counsel appearing for the applicant on instructions that an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- shall be deposited with the Investigating Ofocer within a period of 2 weeks.

Learned APP on instructions submits that the amount has not been deposited. The order sheet records that on 24/02/2022, none was present on behalf of the applicant. Even today no one appears on behalf of the applicant. 3.
