That, Advocate on record has already issued letter(s) to the Applicants, seeking their response. However, till date, it is not received. (2) Record indicates that, since the date of filing of the Applications, Applicants and / or their Advocate on record did not take any steps event to circulate Applications for admission.

(3) In view of the above, it appears that, the Applicants are not interested in pursuing the Applications.

(4) Dismissed for non-prosecution.
