It is submitted by learned counsel for the Applicant-Insurance Company that, in the cause-title of the said order, the number of the Civil Application be corrected as "Civil Application No.1608 of 2014", instead of 'Civil Application No.1607 of 2014'. 3.

In view thereof, the number of the Civil Application mentioned in the order dated 4th May 2018 passed in the present Civil Application be corrected as "Civil Application No.1608 of 2014". 4.
