8.8916.21-wp.docx Petition and set aside the impugned communication dated 22-07-2021 of the Respondent Corporation directing the Petitioner to provide Water Brouser cum High Rise Building fire fighting vehicle free of cost to Fire Brigade Department as a pre-requisite for granting fire NOC.

The Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms and to stand disposed of.
