Mr.Prajakt M. Arjunwadkar for the Petitioners. By this Review Petition, the Petitioners seek review of the judgment and order dated 9 February 2015 of the Division Bench of this Court.

No arguments were advanced in the Writ Petition before the Court in respect of the challenge to the constitutional validity of section 3(G) (3) of 4/5

5/5 the National Highways Act, 1956. We do not find any error apparent on the face of record in the order under review. Even otherwise, no case for review is made out, The Review Petition is dismissed.
